You can’t just leave them out overnight, they need to be frozen. But you don’t have a freezer to put them in. Your salesperson assured you this wouldn’t happen when she booked the sale. Since we know one of your big concerns with a food fundraiser is storing product that doesn’t get picked up, we have created this service to make sure you don’t have to worry about it. For just a small extra fee, we can be there at the end of your distribution to pick up any frozen product that is left behind. We’ll take it back to our warehouse and store it in our freezer. Then, we’ll schedule another delivery for the people who forgot to pick up their orders the first time. We think you will agree, this saves you a lot of extra stress and running around.

Oh, and just in case you are wondering about those people who don’t make it to either pick up, we take those orders back and store them for you. They can call us and arrange to pick them up at our warehouse. That way, you really don’t have to worry about hanging on to a lot of extra frozen food while you try to get a hold of the right people to come and get it.
