Probably the number one hassle cited by fundraising coordinators is delivery related. We have heard all sorts of stories, from trucks being a day late, to truck drivers unwilling to help unload product, to a truck door being rolled up to find that it is empty inside.

Since we are in the business of making fundraising easy, we obviously focus a lot of effort on delivery and distribution. We like to finish the fundraiser off on a high note, and we think you will agree that our delivery service blows the competition out of the water. Here is how we deliver:

Your Date, Your Time

We start things off on a good foot by working with you to set up the best date and time for delivery. We work hard to make sure we can fit your schedule. We never put off planning the delivery until the last minute. The date and time is specified in your Fundraising Details Agreement, so you know ahead of time when to expect delivery. This makes it easier for you to plan out distribution, get volunteers, and remind participants to pick up their orders.

On Time Delivery

We pride ourselves in being on time for deliveries. On time, of course, is ahead of schedule. We like to come in around an hour before you need to start handing out your orders, so that there is time to get everything set up and organized for a stress free distribution.

While large trucking companies often cannot guarantee a time, we can. We do our own deliveries, in part so we can be sure to meet your schedule. So, don’t stress out on delivery day. We will be there when we say, you can count on it!

We Help Unload

Here’s the thing, we really, really appreciate it when you have volunteers on hand to help unload the truck. However, we know that is not always easy. Whether you have a squadron of helping hands, or its just yourself, we don’t want you to worry. We will get all of the product unloaded and ready to be handed out. Our delivery driver is there to help make your day easier!

Need it in a Specific Place, No Problem!

For some companies, on location delivery means that they bring it to the loading dock. Realistically, no one hands out the fundraising product from a loading dock. So wherever you need it, be it in the cafeteria, a classroom upstairs, the field house, or the basement meeting hall, we will get it there. Of course, if you want it in the loading dock, we are happy to deliver there as well!

Have No Place to Put it, Again, No Problem!

Video 2 0 00 03-11We noticed an issue that some sport leagues were having with our food fundraisers. We would bring in a huge load of product from their stellar sale, but they didn’t really have a place to put it. It is not always possible to set it outside, as no one can guarantee the weather. So, if you don’t have a place to put your product, we have created a solution just for you!

Our off the trailer delivery service is a great option for some groups. We pre-load our truck or trailer alphabetically with your pre-packed fundraising orders. We pull up to your location, often a field where games are being played, open our doors, and are ready to hand out your product. The orders don’t have to be unloaded at all! Talk about easy. In fact, you may want to use this service even if you do have a room to put everything in. Just ask.

Getting You Set Up

It is one thing to unload a truck. It is quite another thing to get all of the orders organized alphabetically and ready to hand out. Most of the time, we have our driver unload and bring the boxes to your distribution room, while you and a couple of volunteers get things set out alphabetically. But if you don’t have enough volunteers, we are happy to stay and help! We don’t think delivery is done until everything is ready to hand out. We never leave our customers with more to do then they can possibly handle. That’s just our way.

Extra Service for No Shows

What we are about to talk about is something that many fundraising companies don’t want to admit happens. Its a fact, though. Sometimes, people forget to pick up their orders. If you are dealing with frozen items, this can become a big hassle. Not too many people have access to large freezer that they can store boxes in.

We do some things to help you avoid no-shows, notably our free call reminder service. But sometimes they still happen. If you are worried about it happening to you and you don’t have a freezer on hand to store extra product in, you will want to check out our delivery service for left over product. We can come back and pick up orders that are left over and store them in our freezer. We will arrange to redeliver the product as well. There is an extra fee for this, because of the extra hours required. If you think you might need this service, talk to your fundraising advisor about it.
