With a new tool from the National Alliance for Youth Sports, parents can easily rate coaches and coaches can see where they need to improve. Parents can log on and anonymously rate their kid’s coaches performance in several key areas. Coaches and leagues can benefit from this program by getting instant feedback and gaining insights into what areas need more training.
The rating system is available to leagues who are associated with the National Alliance for Youth Sports.
This tool is designed to help volunteer sports leagues do a better job with coaching and volunteer training. For best results, all parents should be encouraged to fill out the coach analysis.
The National Alliance for Youth Sports can be found online at http://www.nays.org. Once a league is associated with NAYS, it can set up a web link for parents and coaches to access this online coach rating system.
