Thanks for taking a closer look at what we offer for groups looking to fundraise. I’m Ernie Shimp,  President and Founder of Stevco Fundraising. Since 1984, we have been a family business committed to offering superior service in an industry that sometimes lacks it. We combine that service with the best products available in fundraising, and offer competitive profit margins for groups looking to raise money with an eye toward quality and service.

Below, I have included links to our top fundraising options. You can click on any of the options or the brochure images below to view the complete brochure online. Feel free to share the links to this page with your other group members. If you need hard copies of any of our brochures, give us a call at 1-800-359-7028 and we will be happy to send them in time for your meeting. We are also happy to come out to your meeting and provide samples of our delicious pizza and bakery items.

We currently serve most of Upstate New York, including the Greater Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Utica/Rome, and Watertown regions, plus the Finger Lakes and most of the Southern Tier. We service this area from our home base in Clyde, NY. We handle all of our deliveries personally so that you will get the very best service available. Nothing against trucking companies, we just know that we can get your orders to you on time and help you unload and set up if we do it ourselves.

Special Services

Fundraising doesn’t have to be hard. In fact, we make it easy.

Here’s how we make it easy:

  • Each sale receives the personal attention only a local family company can give.
  • We customize your sale in advance, working with you to get the right dates, the right products, and the right incentive programs for your sale to be a big success.
  • We provide fully collated packets with a custom letter. When you get them from us, they are ready to hand out.
  • We provide you with helpful reminder emails throughout the process so you won’t have to worry about forgetting important dates and tasks.
  • We make it easy for you to send your orders in. Simply remove the money and place the orders in a pre-paid box and then drop it off to be shipped.
  • When we deliver, we are on time. Plus, we can get everything unloaded and help you set all of the orders up alphabetically.
  • All of the orders are pre-packaged and ready to hand out.
  • We provide after-the-sale service to solve any issues, handle late orders, and help you tie up loose ends.

Optional Services

Beyond our standard services, we also have some optional services that are sure to make you smile! We created these services because of common issues our customers have. Here are some of those issues and our solution for them.

(Note: We provide some of these for free and other for a nominal cost. Check with your fundraising advisor)

No Freezer Space

Issue: I don’t want to sell food because I don’t have any place to store it if the parents don’t show up!

Our Solution: We now offer a service where we have the delivery driver stay or swing back by at the end of your distribution time. We can take any orders that were not picked up back to our storage. Included is one redelivery.

Parent No-Shows

Issue: I just have a hard time getting parents to show up to pick up their orders.

Our Solution: We offer a phone call reminder service prior to delivery. Provide us with phone numbers and we will send out an automated call to your parents to remind them to pick up. We find this really improves attendance at distribution. We also suggest you keep a list of phone numbers handy so you can call any parents who haven’t shown up by the last 45 minutes of distribution.

No Place to Put the Product

Issue: We are a sports league and don’t really have any place to put the product when it gets delivered.

Our Solution: We provide off the truck/trailer delivery. We have a ground level trailer that we use for most of these. We load it by hand so that we can pull up, open the door, and start handing out your products. There is no need to unload. We stay until distribution time is over.

Where’s the Truck?

Issue: For previous fundraisers, the truck has shown up too early or too late.

Our Solution: We do our own deliveries and bring you your product where you need it, when you need it. We work with you to schedule the exact time of your delivery.

We Need Help Unloading

Issue: We had to move all of the product from the loading dock to the gymnasium on the other end of the school.

Our Solution: Our where you need it, when you need it delivery promise means that we will bring your product wherever you need it. We don’t just dump your product at the loading dock and leave. We will bring it to whatever room you are using for distribution and even stay and help set up if you would like us to.

Low Quality Products

Issue: Last year, the fundraiser we used had overpriced products that just weren’t that good. This year everyone is gun shy.

Our Solution: We base the success of our fundraisers partly on the high quality of our products. We know that your community will appreciate both the quality and the price that we offer. However, until they get their hands on the product they may still be gun shy. We can provide you with plenty of free samples for your open house or parent night if you find yourself in this position. Show the parents that you have chosen a great fundraiser this year, and that last year was just a fluke.

No Volunteers

Issue: No one wants to run the fundraiser, it is just too much work.

Our Solution: We can’t get volunteers for you. But we do make the job much easier on fundraising coordinators. After all, our motto is that we make fundraising easy. Volunteers who coordinate a Stevco fundraiser have a much easier time of it because we do so much of the work. Give us a try, you’ll see.
