Our Mission – Quality and Service
At Stevco, we are committed to providing you with high quality products and great service. For several years, we have not carried a gift catalog. This was a conscious decision on our part because none of the gift catalogs available met our high standards. Most of these catalogs imported their items and there were often a lot of back-orders and sub-par items. We were not comfortable carrying these products.
So, what has changed? Most of the catalogs available are still full of backorder prone, low quality imports. But last year, Joe Corbi, who we represent exclusively in Upstate New York, put together a catalog of their own. We ran some fundraisers with it last year and everything went well. There were no back-orders, the quality of the items was good, and our customers were happy, which is pretty important to us.
